N&B Corporation Co., Ltd. was founded in Korea in 2003 and has since built specialized expertise in the design, manufacture and installation of Underwater Cutting (UWC) / underwater pelletizing systems for the polymer and petrochemical industry.
How it works
The Underwater Pelletizing Process
Molten resin from the extruder is pushed through the die plate into a water-filled cutting chamber. A high-speed rotating cutter blade slices the extrudate into uniform pellets at the die face, which are immediately carried away by the circulating process water and separated from the water in the dryer.

Process Water System (PWS) with Dryer
The PWS circulates, conditions and separates the cutting water from the pellet stream, then dries the pellets in a single integrated skid — delivering N&B’s signature low-moisture, low dust, consistently sized pellets.
PWS (M6)
Process water system with integrated dryer sized for M6 class pelletizing lines. Maintains optimal water temperature and transfer efficiency for a clean, contamination-free process.
PWS (M7)
Higher-capacity process water and drying skid matched to M7-class pelletizing lines, built for the same clean, lowdust, narrow-footprint operation. fixed pedestal and rolling base configurations to match plant layout.
